My Inner Harbour is a drop-in community space where members can care for their mental, emotional and spiritual wellness in a prepared environment.
My Inner Harbour makes it possible for members to more easily engage in true self-care by providing an accessible space and all the materials for a variety of self-care practices including art, journalling, somatic exercises, meditation and breathwork, collage and mixed media.
My Inner Harbour also makes it possible to practice self-care in community, increasing the effectiveness of the self-care methods, as well as providing support, inspiration and connection.
By fostering genuine self-care and community engagement, My Inner Harbour aims to support mental health resilience and personal growth in members, which ultimately increases overall community well-being.
