About Me 

I grew up in the beautiful Black Forest in Germany and have moved far too many times. I currently live in Nanaimo, BC and would really love to never move again. I'm a certified Spiritual Director, Registered Psychotherapist and mother to three young children. Poetry is my spiritual practice of choice; time at the beach is a close second.
